Our PD team begins by creating moodboards inspired by global trends. To stay ahead, we regularly attend international trade shows and use trend platforms such as WGSN. We carefully merge these insights with our customers’ brand profiles, ensuring our ideas bring true design and commercial value.
Each moodboard captures garment silhouettes, fabrics, raw materials, accessories, and detailing trends, along with insights into what market leaders are doing. Once finalized, our design team collaborates with the supply chain team to select the best fabric and wash combinations — balancing quality, cost, and feasibility.
This process leads to the creation of detailed tech packs, which evolve into physical collections. A new collection is developed every four months, covering a wide range of product categories. Once completed, our sales team presents these collections to customers across Europe and the USA. After each presentation, we gather structured feedback, enabling our design team to refine and continuously elevate their next collections.
